SureStay Hotel By Best Western Bellmawr

My experience here at this hotel was nice. The quality of the beds and appliances weren’t the best the room was VERY cleaned well maintained. Rich and Gi-Gi, the housekeeping staff were very friendly, attentive and helped as much as they could.

Convenient location off NJ Turnpike. Relatively neat and clean, basic continental breakfast, and quiet stay make for an overnight stay I'd gladly repeat. I appreciated that recent renovations focused on upgrades to the bathroom, task lighting, updated headboards, comfy bed, etc in the room and not on unnecessary glitz in the lobby.

I had my mom stay here around New Years. (I live close by). Price was not great but her stay was good. She said her room was immaculate and stocked fully. Her only remarks were concerning the lobby which looks like a construction zone and thought the rugs and walls in the hallways and stairwells should be updated and could use a new coat of paint. Staff was very accommodating and nice with the exception of a woman at the front desk that seemed to be bothered. Having worked for Holiday Inn for many years I know that the front desk employee should be smiling and friendly (even if you're feeling bothered). That can make or break ur decision to stay since there are other hotel options all around.

The price was very reasonable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was professional. No complaints. Would stay here again. Didn't give five stars because that is a very high bar.

I stayed there for one night. It is undergoing renovations. It looks a little rough from the outside because of the area around it. The rooms are clean and was quiet. It is a little weird that there is a huge window in the room that looks into the hallway. Doing renovations I would expect those to be taken out. The free breakfast was simple. Cereal, waffles, bagels and coffee/juice. Because of the renovations the fitness center wasn't open. No big deal. Ishwah was the lady working the desk. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be staying here again in the future when work brings me back down there. Please note that for the price of this room you could do a whole lot worse. They are renovating so take that into consideration.

Clean, quiet, and confortable. Tv was pretty small and the toiletries were lacking. Definitely has been upgraded from when it was a Howard Johnson before. Overall pretty decent.

This hotel is the best value in 20 miles. I had to visit Bellmawr for a 7 day conference that was split in the middle. Therefore, I stayed in 2 separate rooms and was very happy with the value that I received. First off, this hotel is the Cheapest hotel around. At the time of my visit, I spent $70/night. With that, I also came with the mindset of getting what I paid for. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and courteous, the room looked excellent, and they even served breakfast. That’s insane for just $70/night. The only thing that I can say is that the walls are fairly thin; but again, if you come expecting a cheap hotel, I promise that you’ll be blown away.

Showed up at 10:30 with my girlfriend and 3 year old daughter after the power went out at home. Manager at the desk could have easily turned me away, the lobby was full of people trying to get rooms. Manager got everyone taken care of in short order and got us a room. The rooms themselves are the standard 2 bed motel/hotel. Clean sheets and linens, working ac. Definitely giving 5 stars for services received, as the room was standard. Some of the standard sketchy folks around (or at least in my mind they were) but if you mind your business like you should you'll be fine.
